What does Faith Legacy of Bausman mean?

Through prayer for the future of our church, a vision was recognized to have a faith-forward way to allow the church to minister to its members, guests, and community into coming years. In addition to the stewardship efforts used to manage the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operating of the church, how could we look to provide a foundation for future generations? 

 

One way of providing this support is to collect faith pledges and donations into endowment funds, where the principal investments are retained and the church has the option to use a percentage of the interest and dividends. Another way of providing for the future needs of the church is to accept and collect donations in memory of deceased members, whose living family members want to remember their loved ones through gifts to the church. Both are ways to return our God-given gifts in ways that will benefit current and future generations of Bausman Memorial United Church of Christ.
 

How may I help in the Faith Legacy of our church?  

 

This is a question that each member will want to consider through prayer and personal reflection.  Donations to the current and future church are highly personal and are a decision that only you can make with God’s help.  Please know that every gift is a gift of the heart, given with a reverent spirit.  You are welcome to contribute any amount to any or all of the Bausman Endowment Funds at any time.  Please prayerfully consider donating in this special way to continue providing the Bausman legacy!
