Cece plays a key role in managing and overseeing the church's financial records and ensuring transparency and accountability in handling funds.

Mike provides the church with current operating policies, procedures and job/role descriptions as directed by Consistory. He reviews, maintains and updates all existing documents, drafts new ones for approval by Consistory and aids in the development of a comprehensive and standardized format to which all policies can be integrated into a searchable policy manual.

Lori helps keep the church clean, welcoming, and ready for everyone who walks through our doors. She make sure all areas are well cared for each week and work with the Pastor and Office Administrator to set up rooms for meetings and community events. Once a year, she & Bonnie do a full deep cleaning of the church—waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and making sure everything shines.

Michele serves as the Bookkeeper at Bausman, managing all financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and reports for the church’s committees. Previously, she also served as Treasurer, preparing financial statements, working closely with the Finance Committee, and reporting to Consistory on Bausman’s financial status. Before retiring, Michele worked at Vanguard in the Finance Division, holding roles as Budget Coordinator, Payments Supervisor in Accounts Payable, and Trade Settlements Supervisor.
